Bio
Duane is a graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and lends his 20 years of experience to every project he undertakes whether on stage, screen, or behind the microphone. His openness, integrity, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of his work and helps bring authenticity to his words and intentions. Before he began acting in 2001 he pursued a career in television production which started with the NBC Page program in 1999. The following year he started working for the Today Show as their production coordinator while doing acting workshops at night, and in 2002 he decided to leave his position at NBC to pursue a more fulfilling career as a performer full time. He was accepted to the Stella Adler Studio Conservatory in 2003 and spent the next 2 1/2 years there both training and assisting with their Outreach Program. After graduating in 2005 he went on to appear in numerous productions with The Classical Theatre of Harlem, Shakespeare and Company, Hyperion Theater Company, and Italy’s Teatro Patologico. Duane still lives in New York City with his wonderful wife Celeste, son Leo, and their new dog Bo.
